1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Samuel Eguino, NIT 9392721015, Cochabamba, Bolivia, operating arani (“arani,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, using an API Key, opening a Connect Link, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Arani helps Organizations manage Brands and Connected Accounts across supported social platforms. Depending on availability, the service may include publishing and scheduling Posts, Deliveries and Receipts, media storage, a unified Inbox, analytics, Webhook Events, an API, an MCP server, API Keys, Audit Entries, and hosted Connect Links.
Features may be introduced, changed, limited, or retired as the product and third-party platform requirements evolve.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use arani for an Organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. The Organization is responsible for its Users and for activity performed through its Brands, Connected Accounts, API Keys, and integrations.
4. Account and credential security
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting passwords, sessions, API Keys, webhook secrets, and devices with access to arani. Use separate, narrowly scoped API Keys for agents and integrations, and revoke access that is no longer needed.
Notify hola@aranistudio.app promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken with your credentials unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.
5. Connected Accounts
A Connected Account enters arani only after a person authorizes it through the platform’s official OAuth or authorization process. You represent that you have permission to connect and operate each account and to grant access to the Users, API Keys, and agents you configure.
Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, policies, permissions, review requirements, rate limits, and technical restrictions. You may disconnect an account through arani or the platform where available.
6. Acceptable use
You may use arani only for lawful, authorized purposes. You must not:
- violate law, platform rules, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or contractual restrictions;
- send spam, harassment, deceptive content, malware, or content intended to facilitate abuse;
- access or connect an account without the owner’s authorization;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits or security controls;
- sell, disclose, or publish credentials or API Keys, or permit unauthorized use;
- misrepresent delivery status, authorship, identity, or affiliation; or
- use the service to build or train a competing product from non-public arani data without written permission.
7. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of Posts, media, messages, replies, and other material you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant arani a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, format, transmit, and otherwise process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service and follow your instructions.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Customer Content and for personal data about followers, customers, message recipients, commenters, and other external people. You are responsible for the content, timing, destinations, and legal basis of your communications.
8. API, MCP, integrations, and AI agents
Actions made through the API or MCP server are treated as instructions from the Organization that issued the API Key. You are responsible for choosing grants and permissions, reviewing integration behavior, supervising agents where appropriate, and responding to their actions.
Audit Entries help trace activity but do not replace your own review, approval, compliance, or security controls. Do not give an agent broader access than it needs.
9. Availability and platform dependencies
We work to make the service dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every platform will accept, publish, deliver, or retain every request. Deliveries may fail because of platform outages, expired permissions, account restrictions, review status, content rules, rate limits, network failures, or other conditions outside arani’s control.
Beta, preview, or pilot features may change and may be less reliable than generally available features. Receipts report the status known to arani; they are not a guarantee of audience reach, engagement, or business results.
10. Fees and taxes
Some services may be free, in pilot, or subject to usage limits. If we introduce a paid plan, its price, included usage, billing period, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before you agree to pay. You are responsible for applicable taxes, except taxes based on our income.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using arani at any time. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, platform requirement, unpaid charge, or threat to the service or others. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue. We may terminate access for a material breach that is not corrected or for serious abuse.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.
12. Arani ownership
Arani and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, design, trademarks, and other materials we provide, excluding Customer Content and third-party materials. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized and compliant.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
13. Third-party services
The service interoperates with Cloudflare and with social platforms including Meta services, WhatsApp, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Those services are controlled by third parties. Arani is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, account decisions, or changes to their APIs.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, arani will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from the service or a third-party platform.
Arani’s total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid arani during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, an Organization will defend and indemnify arani against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from its Customer Content, Connected Accounts, unlawful instructions, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from arani’s own breach or misconduct.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact hola@aranistudio.app and allow 30 days for an informal resolution attempt. Any dispute that is not resolved will be submitted to the competent courts of Cochabamba, Bolivia, unless applicable law requires another forum.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. If a material change affects existing use, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
